Do I have to choose a cake based on one of your designs?

No.  I will work with your needs and preferences.  But you also have the option to leave it to me to come up with something new and unique that you will enjoy.

For a tier cake, can I have a different flavor for each tier?

Yes.  The cakes can be mixed as per your specifications.

For wedding cakes or a big order, do I sample your cake before the order?

Yes.  Based on the size of the order, a cake tasting can be arranged.

Can I get the cake delivered to me?

Yes.  Delivery is available for a fee that varies with the delivery location; delivery can be made in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania or Connecticut.

How far ahead do I need to place an order?

Since I want to give each cake my full and undivided attention, I prefer to get the order as early as possible.  For wedding cakes, a minimum of 4-6 weeks is necessary to secure your date.  For 3-D cakes or any other cake requiring detail work, a minimum of 2 weeks is preferable.
